Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All coops are handcrafted to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for your coop to be built before it ships. Smaller items (aprons, bedding, accessories) typically process within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on all coop orders over $800 (contiguous United States).
  • Orders under $800 are charged calculated shipping based on weight, dimensions, and destination, shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally at this time. Contact us for a custom freight quote to these areas.

Delivery

Coops ship via freight carrier due to their size and weight. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please make sure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment.

  • Inspect your order on arrival. If there is visible damage to the packaging or product, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and take photos. This protects your right to a damage claim.
  • Delivery is curbside unless otherwise arranged. You are responsible for moving the coop to its final location.

Delays

Handcrafted production and freight schedules can occasionally run longer than estimated, especially during our busy spring season. We’ll always keep you updated if your order is affected.
